Dear Members,

I am excited to apply for the role of GRC Vice President of Project Development. Having worked on multiple consulting projects with startups, non-profits, and established firms, I understand what makes a successful project and how to ensure the best experience for our members.

In this role, my priorities will be to:

• Enhance Project Quality – I will work to secure high-impact projects with well-known firms and promising startups, ensuring members gain relevant experience that adds real value to their career development.

• Improve Support & Training – Many students join consulting societies without prior experience. I want to introduce structured training, mentorship from experienced consultants, and clearer project frameworks to help teams work efficiently.

• Increase Collaboration & Organisation – I will improve communication between project teams, create better resources to guide project delivery, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

My experiences have given me the skills to lead and support high-quality consulting work. I have worked on projects across different industries, helping teams develop strategies, analyse data, and deliver actionable recommendations.

If elected, I will focus on making projects more structured, rewarding, and valuable for all members. I want every student to leave with strong skills, meaningful experience, and the confidence to pursue opportunities in consulting.
