Charles Ramos

Hello everyone! My name is Charles and I’m a second year undergraduate studying chemistry.

I’m volunteering first for FiliSoc publicity officer because I want to give back to the wonderful Filipino community here at Imperial over the past two years, and those who encouraged me to run for this role!

My vision is to take the energy that I have felt being part of FiliSoc and channel it into content for our social medias! I hope to produce innovative, fun and exciting content that people both within our community and beyond can enjoy and share, to promote our FiliSoc community, showing off our charms so we can grow in numbers. I’m all ears to listening to your suggestions and can use my creative skills to transform them into reality.

I have an eye for detail and transforming abstract ideas visible. I’ve worked on projects for my school, youth group and even my local hospital for the nurses… can you get more Filipino than that? Canva, CapCut and the camera app are probably afraid of me by how much I use them…

I truly believe in the Filipino way of capturing every moments as they come (something I’ve learned from my dad) and if I get elected, promise to do just that as best as I can so we can look back at the academic year 2025-26 fondly.
