Hello everyone, I am Aayush and I am running to be the Sponsorship Officer for SORA!

SORA is a vital part of the medical society at Imperial as it helps students to broaden their horizons by teaching useful skills and offering opportunities to participate in various medical research projects such as the YRC. As such, it would be a pleasure to join this team and encourage everyone to get involved with research.

I think I will be suited for this role due to my previous experiences, such as my role as the Treasurer for Hindu Society this year. Through this role, I have handled the finances and have had the opportunity to collaborate with several sponsors for various events, and I am confident that I can apply these skills to SORA as well to make the events as successful as possible. As the Sponsorship Officer, I will strive to attract more sponsors and funding so that we can expand events and perhaps involve medical students from across London to join in conferences such as YRC.
