Hey everyone! I’m Hrutika and I’m excited to be running as your Head of Events / Sponsorship at Imperial College Women in Business. My goal is to expand our society’s impact by curating high-quality events, securing strategic sponsorships, and fostering connections that empower our members to excel in the business world.

About Me

• Passion for Women in Business – Through my finance experience, public speaking experience, and work with the Women's Societies Alliance, I understand the challenges women face in male-dominated industries. I want to create inclusive, skill-building events that bridge the gap between ambition and achievement.
• Proven Leadership & Event Management – My experiences as managing director, events coordinator and sponsorship manager has equipped me with the skills to organise engaging, high-impact events and establish strong corporate partnerships.
• Sponsorship & Networking Expertise – My experience in outreach/negotiation will help secure partnerships with top firms, ensuring our members benefit from exclusive opportunities such as insight days, mentorships, and recruitment workshops with industry leaders and maintain existing partnerships.

My Vision

1. Bigger & Tailored Events – Organise informal sessions with alumni, networking sessions, case study competitions, and maintain the mentorship programs in place
2. Exclusive Sponsorships – Secure funding and resources from top firms to enhance event quality, ensuring members gain access to internship pipelines and career insights.
3. Stronger Community – Foster a supportive, empowering network through informal employer coffee chats, alumni connections, and skill-development workshops.
