Women in business continue to face unique challenges, from limited opportunities to persistent biases. However, strong networks and mentorship can help bridge this gap. That is why I am running for Head of Internal and Alumni Relations, to strengthen the connections between current students and successful alumni, creating a network that empowers women in business.

Having lived in four different countries and studied across disciplines in bioengineering and business, I thrive in diverse environments and understand the importance of strong professional relationships. I will use this experience to create meaningful engagement opportunities between students and alumni through networking events, mentorship programs, and panel discussions.

Success will be measured by an increase in alumni participation, higher student engagement, and more career opportunities created through our network. I will work to make these initiatives accessible and valuable for all members, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.

With determination and a strategic approach, I know this is achievable. By the end of my term, I want every member to feel connected to a larger network of inspiring women who can guide and support them in their careers.
