Hi everyone! My name is Lucine, and I’m excited to be running for your next Head of Internal/Alumni Relations!

I believe it's important to network with female mentors for professional growth. As a first-year Biochemist, I’ve really enjoyed being part of ICWIB and aim to foster these connections within our community!

I’m committed to strengthening the bond between our members and the incredible alumni at Imperial. My top priority is to partner with leading women to offer you the best support and opportunities.

Here’s what I plan to achieve:

Build alumni connections by organising networking events and panels focused on career advice and industry insights.
Expand our mentorship programme by inviting women from diverse fields such as consulting, finance, entrepreneurship, and more.
Enhance professional opportunities through tailored workshops on career strategy, resume building and interview prep.
Foster cross-university networking by collaborating with other societies to expand your professional reach.
Establish an alumni advisory board to strengthen the long-term relationship between ICWIB and its alumni.
