Hey everyone! I’m excited to run for Paediatrics Conference Chair because I genuinely love bringing people together for events that inspire and educate. Having been part of the Paediatrics Conference subcommittee (Outreach) and the Psychiatry Conference subcommittee (Publicity), I know how these events run from behind the scenes—what works, what doesn’t, and how to make them even better.

Beyond conferences, I’ve also led events in the Medical Humanities Society, which has taught me how to plan early, delegate tasks properly, and create events that actually resonate with people. I want this year’s Paediatrics Conference to be engaging, insightful, and something that sticks with people long after it’s over.

I’ll focus on choosing a theme that sparks curiosity, finding speakers who bring real insight, and making sure the whole day runs smoothly. At the heart of it, I want to create a conference that captures what makes paediatrics so fascinating and leaves everyone feeling inspired and excited about the field.
