Graziele De Araujo Perini

Hi everyone! I’m Graziele, and I’m excited to run for the role of Gastroenterology & Hepatology Co-Chair.

I have a strong interest in gastroenterology and hepatology and want to help grow the society by organising engaging events, securing inspiring speakers, and increasing student involvement. My experiences as Personnel Officer for the O&G Society conference and as Publicity officer for the Orthopaedic Society conference have given me valuable skills in event planning, communication, and teamwork—skills that I’d bring to this role to create high-quality opportunities for students interested in gastro.

As Co-Chair, I aim to organise educational talks, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities to make the society as engaging and beneficial as possible. I will work hard to promote gastroenterology and hepatology to students at all levels and ensure the society is a welcoming space for everyone.
