Hi guys, I'm Winnie (Zhihan).

I am running for Workshop Manager because I am very passionate about organising and running workshops.

If I am elected, I will focus on bringing a variety of topics to the workshop, making sure everyone gets something out of it, and paying attention to all the little details to create a enjoyable experience.

I would also communicate regularly with the participants and listen to their feedback and ideas so that we can continually improve and adapt the workshops to meet people's real needs. In addition, I am happy to introduce new and creative formats such as interactive activities, interdisciplinary events or even a mix of online and offline options to keep the event more engaging. I believe that my experience, enthusiasm and attention to detail make me ideally suited to this role and I would love the opportunity to create more meaningful learning and networking opportunities for everyone.
