As External Liasion Officer, I am eager to strengthen the Clinical Genetics society’s connections with other organisations and groups; collaborating with researchers and clinicians as well as other societies such as Immunology is key to broadening opportunities for the members. I hope to establish and maintain these relationships to provide opportunities for professional development

A key focus will be to introduce guest speakers from a range of backgrounds to gain a deeper insight into the field and learn more about the various research and development in clinical genetics. I hope to ensure effective communication with external partners for long term collaboration and expand the society’s reach.

By working to bridge the gap between students and professionals in the field, I hope to enhance the society’s impact and provide valuable experiences for all members.
