Hi everyone, I'm Delisha, and I'm excited to be running for Treasurer this year!

Since clinical genetics is such a rapidly evolving field, I have been interested in its impact on medicine, research, and patient care. I would love to contribute by ensuring the society runs smoothly and remains an engaging space for anyone interested in this field.

My experience planning large scale events through Hindu Society and being on committee for Imperial Skate Society has equipped me with the skills necessary for handling funds effectively, and I am planning on integrating these skills into my work for this society. I understand the importance of financial planning to ensure we can run high-quality events, workshops, and networking opportunities for our members. As Treasurer, I aim to manage and allocate funds efficiently to maximise the impact of our events and initiatives, whilst keeping costs as affordable as possible. I also plan on exploring collaborations and grants to secure additional funding for the society. Finally, I will work closely with committee to ensure financial logistics run smoothly for all events.
