I am interested in the Vice President role as my skills and experience align well with the responsibilities of this position. As Regional Lead Ambassador for a National NeuroSoc, I have developed strong organisational, teamwork, and leadership abilities, managing communications, promoting events, and building connections with experts. Through their mentorship program and my research experience, I’ve expanded my professional network, which I can leverage to secure high-quality speakers, workshop leads, and mentors for the society and its events.

As National Conference Chair of ICSM SORA, I have gained valuable skills in planning and executing successful conferences, from early planning and speaker outreach to event proposals and logistics. My role as HSoc Publicity Officer strengthened my event promotion and management skills, driving record attendance, which I will apply to attract potential speakers for MedTech events. As DermSoc Secretary, I’ve learned the importance of clear, timely communication for smooth conference execution and will maintain this standard in the VP role.

Ideas I’d like to introduce include a teaching series with modules on 'MedTech Entrepreneurship' and 'Cybersecurity in MedTech,' as well as a library of videos and resources on essential skills and workshop demonstrations accessible to all members.
