Hey Data Science Society,

I'm Hrishi, a third-year electronic and information engineering student, who's been part of this society for 2 years now.

This past year has been a bit of a quiet one for the society, despite an incredibly strong start with high student engagement—making it the largest it’s been since I joined university! As Head of Talent Development last year, I worked on developing a lecture series, which I'll now deliver next academic year :)

As Chair, I'll aim to build on that momentum and focus on workshops, lecture series, and networking events—just like it was during my second year. I hope to foster a community where members can explore data science and machine learning, just as I was inspired to do.
