I'm Hrutika, and I'm excited to be running for Sponsorship Manager. I am passionate about empowering women in STEM, and I believe my experience in relationship-building and sponsorship will help further elevate the fantastic work of this society.

What I bring to the table:

• Experience in Sponsorship and Outreach: I have previously been successful at securing hundreds of pounds of sponsorships and built strong relationships with external organisations. I am confident that my ability to engage with potential sponsors will help expand and strengthen our network, ensuring we have the necessary support to execute impactful events.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: With experience in fundraising, public speaking, and mentoring, I know how to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, pitch ideas, and foster long-term partnerships.

Vision for Women in SET:

1. Strengthening Existing Partnerships: I aim to maintain and nurture relationships with our current sponsors, ensuring we continue to provide them with value while supporting our members in return.
2. Securing New Sponsors: Bring in new sponsors from diverse sectors, including technology, finance and engineering, to expand the opportunities available to our members and provide even more networking and career development events.
3. Tailored Opportunities for Members: Work closely with our members to understand their interests and career aspirations in order to identify and engage with industry experts who can provide tailored insights that are relevant to you.
4. Improving Diversity and Accessibility: Raising funds to facilitate events improving diversity and accessibility in STEM.
