With strong communication skills, persistence, and a deep dedication to Teddy Bear Hospital, I look forward to taking on the role of Sponsorship Officer, to secure donations and resources, helping our society thrive.

My experience as an Anti-Bullying Ambassador involved extensive liaising with teachers, peers and younger students, requiring me to follow up on tasks efficiently, and manage email communication, whilst maintaining a clear and professional approach. Moreover, running committees and arranging events in sixth form, strengthened my ability to stay organised, ensuring that key actions were completed on time to guarantee event success. Additionally, helping create and contribute to my school’s science journal, meant consistently chasing people up, responding to queries, and ensuring deadlines were met. All of these experiences have equipped me with the essential skills needed to communicate effectively, stay persistent, and follow up with companies to secure sponsorships and donations, that will allow Teddy Bear Hospital to continue making a lasting difference.

In this role, I will maintain the high standards upheld by the current committee while taking a proactive approach to securing sponsorships. I will reach out to companies strategically, follow up diligently, and explore grant opportunities by researching and writing compelling applications to secure funding.

Having attended the majority of sessions this year, I have seen the excitement and education our sessions bring to children. I am determined to help secure the sponsorships and grants needed to sustain and grow our impact, ensuring every session remains as engaging, well-equipped, and impactful as possible.
