Amirah Binti Farid

Hi! I'm Amirah. I'm a 1st year and study Medicine. I have really enjoyed going for weekly visits with Teddy Bear Hospital and I would like to get more involved in Teddy Bear Hospital and feel that I have much to offer within the club. Therefore I would like to apply to the role of Sponsorship Officer.

Why would I be good for the role?

I have experience working in a committee as the ex-Secretary of my school's Pre-Med Club, where my role was to communicate with external agents to organise trips and visits. As Sponsorship Officer, I will focus on sponsor applications that are a good match for Teddy Bear Hospital so that the process of applications is more efficient. I will ensure that the awarding body's priorities align with Teddy Bear Hospital's goals.

I will conduct research and work with committee members to locate and target new sponsors. I will also prepare an annual review of our events to send to our list of sponsors, whether current or prospective, to ensure good communication is maintained.
