Hi everyone! I’m Charles, and I’m running to be your 📷 Publicity Officer 📷 because I love Teddy Bear Hospital and everything it stands for! 🩺💙

🔹 Passionate & Dedicated – I’m actively involved in TBH, have collaborated with ICNeuro Society to create two new interactive stations, and always seek ways to make this society even better.

🔹 Experienced & Skilled – As part of Imperial’s Social & Communications Team, I already help run Imperial’s social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)—so imagine what I can do for TBH! 📱🚀

🔹 Team Player – I love our committee and volunteers who dedicate time to making STEM education more accessible. I’ll work hard to support our outreach events!

My Vision: 🩺💙

  • ✨ Expand our presence online and on campus to attract more dedicated volunteers:
      1. Designing posters for campus visibility, increasing outreach potential
      2. Creating interactive Instagram posts
      3. Organizing a TBH x Imperial Instagram collab!
  • ✨ Engaging content to showcase our impact:
      1. Instagram takeovers by TBH volunteers
      2. Posts for seasonal/festive events
      3. Fun interviews featuring our diverse volunteers, removing the idea that you have to be in medicine
  • ✨ Smooth communication so volunteers stay in the loop:
      1. Collaborating with the secretary to help volunteers plan ahead to make time for TBH
      2. Creating “template” videos of stations for first-timers to make it less intimidating
      3. Establishing a feedback system for volunteer input
