Hi everyone! My name is Aimma, third-year medical student, and I’m running for the role of Treasurer. 😊💙

I’ve attended school visits with Teddy Bear Hospital 🧸🏥 since my first year so I’m passionate about the work we do and want to ensure the society continues to thrive. This year, I took on a subcommittee role, designing an interactive station to help children understand sensory differences. Through this, I’ve learnt how to be creative, plan effectively, and make the most of our resources – skills that are essential when it comes to handling finances. 💼

I would like to run for Treasurer because I have experience handling tills and counting weekly profits, so I know how to keep track of every penny. 💸 I also manage my own yearly finances with detailed spreadsheets and love finding ways to get good value for money. 📊💯

As Treasurer, I’ll ensure that all our funds are well-organised, transparent and spent in the best way possible. My goal is to keep the society financially strong so we can continue educating and inspiring young minds. 🚀
