I know I haven't had big roles in derm before but this year I decided I am 100% committed to a career in derm and so I have decided I will 100% commit to you too!

I always get good results from people and enjoy working as a team.

This year in play team, I created an organised a new method for engaging the children and led a team to do this successfully. I had amazing responses from the children.

This year I have also helped organise the women’s health conference, creating a plan and schedule to ensure I meet every deadline and have everyone organised in time completing their delegated role.

I am a very structured person and enjoy planning meticulously and if I commit I will do it properly.

I will be efficient and encouraging and would love to help you all achieve your roles within my committee if you beleive in me. I believe I can do this well. I hope I can show you I can!
