Hello Everyone! I’m Amna, a second-year medical student and I am running for Academic Editor because I want to make the Gazette’s academic section clearer, more engaging, and more accessible. As a medical student, I understand the challenge of balancing depth with clarity. With years of experience mentoring in academic writing, I know how to refine content without losing its essence. As an academic editor I will:

Support student writers by providing constructive feedback and a smooth editing process
Make academic articles more engaging by improving readability and structure
Expand topic diversity by encouraging contributions from different fields
Introduce reader feedback to continuously improve our content
