Ines Meyer

Hi everyone! I'm Inès, a first year Molecular Bioengineering student and I am excited to run for VP Projects at ICG.

As Team Leader of External Relations at AIESEC at Imperial, I have gained hands-on experience in project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving. From negotiating sponsorships and managing partnerships to organizing events, I have worked with multiple stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives. These experiences have equipped me with the skills needed to oversee projects effectively, anticipate challenges and implement innovative solutions - making me confident in my ability to take on this role.

As VP Projects, my goals will be:

1) Ensuring the smooth and structured execution of all projects: I will focus on coordinating teams effectively, improving project workflows, and ensuring clear communication between all involved members. By creating a well-organized structure, I will ensure that projects run efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.

2) Introducing innovative ideas: I want to explore new ways to elevate our projects, whether through expanding partnerships, incorporating industry insights or introducing creative strategies to make them more engaging. By continuously improving our approach, we can provide even more high-value opportunities for members.

3) Driving projects that benefit our members and elevate ICG: Most importantly, my goal will be to ensure our projects serve our members and drive this society to new heights. Each project should provide valuable learning experiences, networking opportunities, or practical consulting exposure. By tailoring projects to members' needs, we can make ICG even more successful and impactful.
