Rahul Puri

Hi! My name is Rahul and I'm a second year applying to become the Senior Conference Chair for ICSM Vision.

I have been in Vision Subcommittee for the past year and have participated in the junior and senior conferences, where I have worked well with the other Committee and Subcommittee members in organising and delivering the events.

In the Senior Conference, I also delivered a talk on the different stations of an MMI which was well received by the attendees.

I believe I am a good fit for this role as:

• I have already participated in the organisation of a number of conferences with Vision, making me well aware of how the society operates and with how the Senior Conferences are run.

• I have a a coaching certification called 'Circl: Leader as Coach' which is accredited by the Association for Coaching. I will use the skills I learnt on this programme to empathetically manage any organisational challenges and empower Committee and Subcommittee members to overcome any problems

• I have been working in an organisation called Medology for the past two years now, helping medical and dental students get into their desired courses, through mock MMIs and running Interview Courses. My time with Medology has given me the necessary skills and expertise to plan and deliver impactful mock MMIs
