I am excited to run for Treasurer of the Ophthalmology Society and would be honoured to manage our finances responsibly to support the society’s growth and impact.

As Treasurer, I will:

• Ensure Financial Transparency – Maintain accurate records and provide regular budget updates.
• Manage Funds Efficiently – Allocate resources wisely to support events, workshops, and research opportunities.
• Secure Sponsorships & Grants – Seek funding from industry partners and grants to expand our financial capacity.
• Organize Fundraising Initiatives – Develop creative and sustainable ways to generate additional resources for the society.

With strong financial management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for ophthalmology, I am committed to ensuring the society has the funding it needs to thrive. A well-managed budget is key to organizing high-quality events and providing valuable opportunities for members.
