Hi I’m Harvey, a first year bioengineering student. As vice president, i would make sure the president is up to date with its responsiboliteis. I will also attempt to make chess club more inclusive and enjoyable for players of all levels, e.g host sessions with chess variants, or dinking games with quick time formats etc. Moreover, for those who would like to compete, I would also attempt to push for more tournaments, and attempt to host more casual tournaments for students within the college as practice for official touornaments, but also have funa the same time. Please note that chess club is open to everyone. If you’re new to chess we will try our best to teach you, and as for more advanced players I’m sure you’ll find strong players here to play against.
