Hey Titans!

I hope you’ve enjoyed my weekly emails this year, keeping you updated on all things Titans! As secretary, I’ve loved being part of the committee, working with Rosanne to make big decisions like moving up our teams, bringing in new coaches, and launching our first showcase! She's been an amazing president, and has really inspired me to take on the role myself, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Titans!

I already have so many ideas for the year ahead, including:

• More performances! Building on the success of our first ever SpringUp showcase, I’d like to try organise even more events to connect with other universities, raise money for our club and showcase our routines.
• More opportunities for all Titans to have a voice in shaping the club, through surveys, feedback meetings, or open discussions. I really want to ensure that everyone is happy and enjoying cheer!
• Improving training arrangements – I am aiming to secure more training sessions on a full-sized sprung floor ahead of comps, so that everyone feels more confident!

I’m beyond excited for next year, and I’d love the opportunity to lead Titans to even greater heights!
