Philippe de Saint-Seine

Hello choir, I’m Philippe if you don’t know me – I sing in the tenor section :)
As Vice-Chair, I’m envisaging a weekend away to Coventry, because

1. it’s thematically nice (since Britten’s War Requiem was first performed there

2. the Coventry singers who will sing with us will be there already

3. Colin would be happy.

So far, it seems like trains will be ~£25 return (but I’ll apply for funding from Union) and ~£55 for hotel (ouch!) (I’ve only had a cursory glance). I’m hoping to reduce the budget, of course, but it isn't helped by the fact that Coventry seems rather car-centric so cheaper options would be annoying to get to. Let me know what you think, and if it's not for you, RON is a great candidate too!
