RAG (ICSM): Sponsorship Officer

Hi! I’m Lowri and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to reapply for RAG. Being part of the committee this year has been so unbelievably fun and rewarding, and I’d love to give more back to RAG and the amazing causes they support next year.

I’m applying for the role of Sponsorship Officer, something I have extensive experience with, including:

Acquiring donations for various fundraisers in my rural hometown, including food, prizes, and event merchandise, worth over £1,000 in total.

Acquiring donations for RAG’s 2024 fresher’s fair stall and 2025 auction.

Holding the role of Sponsorship and Fundraising Officer in Paediatrics Society, which involved completing their SMDT application and securing sponsorships, both for the course of the year and specifically for their conference.

My various experience means I am confident in my ability to garner support from businesses and companies for RAG, and am familiar and prepared for any challenges this role might bring. I have given my role in RAG this year my all, and I fully intend to bring this energy and commitment to the role of Sponsorship Officer.
