Hi, I’m Alex, a mathematics student eager to strengthen MathSoc’s industry connections and sponsorship network. Mathematics opens doors to a wide range of career opportunities, and I want to ensure MathSoc provides the best possible support for students exploring these paths. If elected as External Vice, I will work to expand sponsorships, organize impactful career events, and enhance MathSoc’s professional presence.

My Goals:

• Strengthen Sponsor Relations: I will maintain clear and professional communication with sponsors, ensuring long-term partnerships and increased engagement with MathSoc members.
• Expand Sponsorships & Funding: By reaching out to new potential sponsors with tailored proposals, I aim to secure additional funding to support MathSoc’s events and initiatives.
• Enhance Career & Networking Opportunities: I will collaborate with industry leaders to organize career fairs, company workshops, and networking sessions, providing valuable insights into fields like finance, technology, and research.
• Improve MathSoc’s LinkedIn & Social Media Presence: I will ensure that sponsor opportunities and career events are effectively communicated, increasing student engagement and outreach.
