As Chair, I will focus on building a competitive, disciplined, and well-supported team. I’ll introduce structured gym and conditioning sessions, along with regular film study to improve performance. A winning mentality will be at the core, with clear expectations, accountability, and strong team culture. I’ll expand active recruitment throughout the year to bring in new talent and retain committed players for long-term growth. Lastly, I’ll work to secure better funding through university support and fundraising to improve equipment and facilities.
