Hi! I want to be tech priest because my retirement plan is to run a cute bookshop + cafe vibes and this will give me good practice with managing a book-inventory system. But you should vote for me because:

1. I like rummaging through books and am very happy to spend whole weekends cataloguing all the books in the sci-fi library. Then we can update the missing books in the library system.
2. I intend to revamp the library computer system so that we can have a searchable online catalogue and borrowing system. There are also plans to put some of our books in the DesEng library: if we do this we will need a more sophisticated library system.
3. I have a degree in computer science, so I can handle the IT bullcrap that you need for laying down & managing the library system.
4. I will be a student at Imperial for the next 4 years, so I can oversee the long-term success of the library (house of lords vibes).
5. I think I have enough general tinkering skills to learn how the AV system works as well.
