Daniel Sanmuganathan
Hello! I’m Daniel, and I am running for MedEd secretary!
I’m personally interested in teaching, having given a talk by MedEd for 2nd years, as well as previously hosting a tutorial for ICSM Cardiovascular Society. As current Co-President for ICSM Endocrinology Society, I have helped produce tutorials for a teaching series and am currently organising a national conference with UCL’s Endocrinology Society. Hence, I bring in effective time management, communication and engaging in teamwork to complete tasks efficiently.
Furthermore, previous experience of being secretary for both Nutritank Society, and GP Society provided me with experience running regular newsletters, organising events, and acting as a point of contact.
As MedEd secretary, I plan to:
- Assist in organising meetings and events, including room bookings, minute taking, and securing reliable tutors.
- Manage communication channels such as emails and group chats.
- Support the promotion of events and tutorials.
