Hiya everyone! I'm Tiffanie, a first year student, and I am very excited to be running for Events Officer :)
Having taken part in many of DoCSoc's events these past few months, I've gotten a good idea of the types of activities that people enjoy, and have some cool ideas in mind myself. As someone who is always on the lookout for activities to do in London, I'm eager to bring fresh and creative ideas to create memorable events for you guys.
I really enjoy organizing events, and have experience involving coordinating people and making sure everything goes according to plan. Not only will I ensure smoothly ran events for you guys to enjoy, but would love to hear some of your suggestions on what events YOU would like to take part in! (of course, realistic suggestions please!) I also hope to get your feedback on what went well and what could be improved, as I believe that your thoughts and voices matter, and should be taken into account when planning the best events.
I aim to learn from the other Events Officers and work closely with them to ensure that the activities will be accessible to anyone, and that they will be diverse and open to fit everyone's likings.
