Hello everyone! I am Mack, and I am excited to run for the position of Treasurer of the Chemistry Society. As a chemistry student with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for financial management, I believe I have the skills and dedication needed to manage the society’s finances efficiently and responsibly. My goal is to ensure that our society remains financially stable while expanding opportunities for all members. My background in chemistry has honed my attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in calculations and systematic record-keeping. I am committed to making the Chemistry Society an inclusive and engaging space, using efficient financial management to secure sponsorships and fund exciting events.

If elected, I will ensure full transparency in all financial matters, regularly updating society’s budget and expenditures. I will work closely with the committee to strategically allocate funds, ensuring that resources are directed towards events and initiatives that provide maximum value to our members. Additionally, I will actively seek sponsorships and external funding to expand our budget and enhance society activities. My primary goal is to maximize value for members by ensuring that sponsorships are used wisely to subsidize events, workshops, and networking opportunities. I am eager to take on the role of Treasurer and contribute to the success of the Chemistry Society. My financial awareness and commitment to the society’s growth make me an ideal candidate.
