Mihnea Lazar

Hello!

My name is Mihnea, and I’m excited to run for Junior Treasurer of ChemSoc! I’d love the opportunity to help manage the society’s finances and ensure we can continue running great events.

In this role, I’d assist the Committee in keeping track of budgets, making sure our spending is efficient, and helping our other officers resposible for securing funding where possible. Whether it’s making sure big events like the Christmas dinner remain affordable or ensuring we have enough resources for academic and networking opportunities, I’ll work to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

While I can’t promise to make lab reports any less painful, I can promise to be responsible, organised, and always open to ideas on how ChemSoc can make the most of its budget.
