Lancelot Liu

Hello there! I’m Lancelot; I’ve been writing software and designing electronics for Kepler for two years, and Secretary for one. This year, I helped organise the return of our hackathon which got dozens of signups, with another one already on the way. SpaceSoc has given me opportunities to expand far beyond my degree, and I believe I can bring even more to our society in the new year.

Next year, some of the things I want to do are:

• Establish more industry connections; our members and the projects we do are so diverse, and there is much potential to work together with companies and experts in industry.
• Organise more hackathon(s); this year went great, and we can get even bigger and better next year.
• Foster a sense of community; get to know the people from all of our projects!
