Hello, Mahjong Society!

My name is Andy, and I’m excited to be running for the role of Treasurer. As a second-year computing student and an active member of the Mahjong Society for the past two years, I’ve developed a strong connection to this community. I’m passionate about helping the society grow and ensuring that our finances are well-managed so we can continue to thrive.

Goals & Vision

• Growing the Society: My main goal is to help expand the society, attract more members, and create a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy and learn Mahjong.
• Improving Tournaments: I want to work with the committee to enhance our tournaments, making them more engaging and enjoyable. By improving the organization and logistics, we can host events that everyone looks forward to.

Approach

While I’m still building my experience in financial management, I’m highly organized, reliable, and dedicated to learning. My background in computing equips me with the skills to handle processes efficiently, and I’m committed to ensuring transparency in how we manage and allocate funds.
