First Aid: Vice Chair

Hello, everyone! I am Yuki Agarwala, and I am delighted to announce that I am running for Unit Manager (Vice Chair) of Imperial Student Volunteering Unit! I have been with SJA Imperial Unit for 5 years.

Over time, I have seen many students leave and join us and as the next Unit Manager, I hope to work with the social secretary of First Aid society to encourage socials where previous volunteers and new volunteers can interact, hopefully increasing retention rates. The onboarding of new volunteers into SJA can also seem quite a lengthy and difficult process to understand. I hope to ensure a smooth and seamless recruitment process by having regular check-ins, while helping the training lead deliver training for the new students.
