I’ve had a lot of good company on hikes this year, and I hope that you can say the same. I also like to do fun things (though nothing is as fun as hiking of course…). Therefore, you can be assured that if elected Deputy President of Socials, I would be committed to combining the two things and arranging socials such as games nights, fun hikes (walks around the city, night hikes, walking pub crawls etc), trips to museums or theatres, and anything else that takes your fancy. I would also be open to suggestions, poll interest for different socials in order to ensure that they are well-attended, and increase the frequency of socials.

If any of the activities sound appealing to you (or if you have better suggestions!), please consider voting for me. I would love to see more Fellwanderers in footwear that isn’t mud-encrusted hiking boots.
