Nina Grossi

Hey I’m Nina, I’m running for Women’s 1st captain.

Tennis has always been an important part of my life; I’ve been playing since I was 5 and was a coach for a year before coming to uni. I’ve loved getting to know and play with the Women’s 1st team this year and am grateful for the experiences it has brought me. Being on the team has taught me how tournaments and trainings are run and has given me ideas for next year. As captain I’m hoping to create not only a strong team but also a social environment for the members of the Women’s 1st and Women's 2nd, and as a fresher, I think some extra socials might help improve our current losing streak (embargos nights out cough cough). My aim is for next year’s members to feel that the team is a place where they can meet people from outside their course and also be a break from their stressful uni lives.

I’m excited by the possibility of managing a team and would love to be next year's Women’s 1st tennis captain.

Please vote for me since all the W1 girls are abandoning me.. except from Ella!!!
