Hey everyone!
Indian Soc has been one of the most welcoming and vibrant communities I’ve been a part of, and being on the subcommittee this year has given me firsthand experience of what it takes to make this society run successfully. From working behind the scenes on events to supporting the committee, I’ve loved every moment and want to take my involvement to the next level!
As Secretary, my goal is to keep Indian Soc running like clockwork. From securing venues for events and rehearsals to managing logistics, risk assessments, and event proposals, I will handle all the behind-the-scenes work with efficiency and precision. I will also ensure strong communication with the Imperial Union and other societies to build connections that benefit our members.
I am someone who is reliable, proactive, and always ready to help. You will never have to worry about things slipping through the cracks because I take pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly. I have developed strong leadership, organisation, and teamwork skills through various experiences in high school. More importantly, I love meeting new people and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels included.
Indian Soc has given me amazing friendships, memories, and experiences, and I want to give back by ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you elect me as your Secretary, I promise to bring dedication, enthusiasm, and efficiency to the role.
