Lucian Brand

The sci-fi and fantasy genres are both very important parts of my life, and so I have loved finding and joining a society dedicated to the subjects. That this is a community that exists is incredible and I want to give back to the society so it can continue being a haven for all the people who find comfort in being around fellow fans, of all degrees, or those who just want to see what all the fuss is about.

Were I elected as secretary, I would put the necessary time and effort into my work, as I have always enjoyed puzzling out how best to word what I write. Although I cannot promise to not make the occasional melodramatic complaint to the void about a workload I have only myself to blame for, I can say, with absolute certainty, that what I agree to do, will be done to the best of my abilities.
