Artsoc: Secretary and Sponsorships Officer

Hey everyone! I’m Bryan, a first-year Computing student, and I’m excited to run for Secretary of ArtSoc!

Since moving to London, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with musicals, and honestly, ArtSoc is the reason I’ve been able to see so many amazing shows without completely draining my bank account. I’ve had such a great experience being part of this community, and now I’d love the chance to give back by joining the committee next year.

As Secretary, I will use my experience in content creation and online publicity, gained from previous events and committees at school, to maintain and grow our online presence. I’m confident in my ability to keep members informed and engaged through well-managed social media and newsletters.

If elected, I’ll make sure:

All important updates — like ticket drops and event announcements — are clear, well-organized, and easy to find.
The newsletter is clear and structured, ensuring members never miss out on opportunities.
Messages and queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms get quick replies.
Our social media stays active with fun content like show highlights and polls to enhance our online presence.
