Louis Choron

Hi everyone,

I may not have met all of you yet, but we've probably seen each other around! I'm Louis, a swimmer on the team and a first-year PhD student in Physics. I did my undergrad at UCL, where I captained the swim team for two years, after years of training with a small club back home and competing at British Champs and Nationals.

I'm running for treasurer because I enjoy getting involved and optimising things. With my background, I’m pretty used to handling calculations and spreadsheets, and I'd love to contribute by keeping the team’s finances organised. I've been involved in swimming for about 15 years and have plenty of committee experience from UCL and back home. I’d love to use that experience to help maximise our budget; for socials, training sessions, as well as travel/accommodation for away comps and matches! Life in London isn't cheap afterall...
