Lowri Morris

Hi! I'm Lowri (she/they) and I'm super hyped to be running for IQ president !!

IQ is such an important, wholesome, and fun club, and I want to make sure that this is sustained in the next year by carrying on the amazing work that Devni has been doing!

I'm aware that the committee has been facing challenges regarding planning and running events, and I plan to decrease this burden next year by:

- Rewriting the current manifesto to redefine and clarify what is required of each role

- Changing the committee structure, adding more general committee roles to help with the running of events

- Acquiring sponsorships to decrease the financial burden that comes with running a society

Alongside these changes to make managing the society easier, I have new events I'd like to introduce, including:

- Termly committee socials to encourage team bonding and to provide an opportunity for stress relief

- Introduce socials with other LGBTQ+ networks in London

- Collaborate with other societies to introduce educational talks
