Hey everyone! I’m running for Gender Equality Officer because I believe in creating a campus where everyone feels heard, respected, and empowered.
Before coming here, I was a teacher and Programme Director, leading teams and working closely with students, parents, and educators to create inclusive spaces. I saw firsthand how gender stereotypes impact confidence and opportunities, and I actively worked to challenge biases and promote equal opportunities.
Now, as an MBA student, I’m developing even stronger strategic and organizational skills, which I’ll use to push for real, lasting changes in gender equality on campus. I also bring my experience as a social media creator with 151,000+ followers across Instagram, TikTok, and Threads. Through my platforms, I’ve built a space where people engage in meaningful conversations, and I’ll use this to amplify student voices and make gender equality initiatives more engaging and impactful.
