Ziyi Liu

Hi! I’m Ziyi, a first-year undergraduate studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and I’m excited to run for the Spanner Bearer of CGCU.

In high school, I took on leadership roles in organizing large-scale events as part of the student union. My team of 200+ members and I were fully responsible for hosting our annual school fair and performance event, which attracted over 70,000 visitors each year. From fundraising to planning activities, we dedicated three months every year to crafting an event from framework to execution.

These leadership experiences have equipped me with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring out the best in a team. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has also strengthened my abilities in collaboration and communication.

At CGCU, I look forward to using my skills to bring more high-quality events to Imperial. I’m always excited to work with new people and build meaningful connections.
