Liza Kashirina
My name is Liza, and I am running to be your EFDS Academic Representative this year. Transitioning to a highly academic university (second in the world, if you didn’t know) can be challenging, and I am committed to helping you make the most of your degree here.
Whether your lecturer is speaking Maths instead of English, your exams are of a postgraduate difficulty, or your workload exceeds that of a first-year investment banking analyst, I will be there to represent your concerns and work with the program team to find and implement effective solutions.
As the second cohort, we are bound to encounter some unique challenges while our program leaders experiment with new approaches to teaching, learning, and assessments. There will be many learning curves ahead, but with me as your rep, I promise to ensure your feedback is heard and transformed into meaningful action.
I have previous experience representing my school community as part of the head girl team, and having grown up as the middle child, I can proudly say I’ve mastered the art of negotiation. Beyond addressing your concerns, I’m eager to introduce new initiatives, organise group study sessions, and host socials both within and outside of the Business School.
If you want to thrive during your last three years of “freedom” before breaking into investment banking, vote for me!
