As just another engineering student at Imperial College, I get it.
The workload, stress, and difficulty of content are undeniably overwhelming, more so for the freshers reading this. That's why I'm running for Council Representative: to find new ways to make our experience as engineering students at Imperial more... breathable. Whilst I may not be able to guarantee any less exams, I can assure you that I will give my all to represent your views to the best of my abilities.
I'm not going to say that I will change many things yet because I need your views to make such a change! As such, I'll be creating some form of poll every other week to get an understanding of the most common issues across the departments. Before every meeting with the Union, I'll send out a brief of the aforementioned issues I have collated and possible solutions to them. Moreover, I will be in touch with all the academic and well-being representatives from each department to ensure minimal bias on my end.
I am committed to representing the diverse needs of engineering students with the utmost transparency and integrity, and I hope you guys vote for me!
Thanks for reading. You can go procrastinate elsewhere now.
But VOTE first!
