Mahadi Hassan

My name is Mahadi, and I am excited to run for CGCU Alumni Officer. As many of you have witnessed, we have been working hard this year to foster stronger connections with our alumni network through events and social media posts. I aim to build a vibrant community that supports current students and celebrates the achievements of our graduates. My vision is to create a robust alumni network that actively engages with the university, providing valuable mentorship, career development opportunities, and a sense of belonging for all members.
I will focus on strengthening alumni relations through regular communication, engaging events, and a dedicated online platform. I plan to establish a mentorship program that pairs students with alumni in their field of interest, organize career talks and workshops led by alumni, and create opportunities for collaborative projects. Additionally, I will work to ensure that alumni feel valued and connected to our institution by recognizing their achievements and encouraging their involvement in various university initiatives.
I have been working as communication chair this year, and this gave me experience in event planning, communication, and community building, equipping me with the skills necessary to succeed as Alumni Officer. My commitment to this role is unwavering, and I am confident that my strategic vision will enhance our alumni network's impact on current students and graduates alike.
