Hey Everyone!

I'm Marya and I'll be running for Social Media Manager for Friends of Palestine.

The value of social media is influencial towards the message output and global perception of many humanitarian cases - particularly the Palestinian cause. As a social media manager, my primary aim will be to further educate and clear the misinformation surrounding the occupation and the plight of the Palestinians.

By harnessing the power of social media, we can make a meaningful impact in raising awareness, mobilising support, and advocating for justice and equality for the Palestinian people. I also plan on creating an online series to introduce members of the society and Imperial students to the beautiful Palestinian culture and its historic cities.
